Kevin Duewel is an attorney based in Folsom, California. Kevin advises businesses, developers, and property owners in real estate, corporate, and land use matters.

Kevin graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with distinction. While in law school, Kevin was a staff writer and primary editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review and interned at the California Chamber of Commerce. Kevin also graduated from George Washington University, where he met his wife.

Kevin is admitted to practice in California state courts and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.

Austin Lee is an administrative assistant at the Law Office of Kevin Duewel. Austin covers the clerical functions of the office such as scheduling consultations with potential clients, sending and receiving mail, filing legal documents, and file management.

Austin joined the Law Office of Kevin Duewel in July 2021. He is currently a student at California State University, Sacramento and is pursuing a BA in nursing with the intent to obtain a registered nurse license.

Austin lives in Elk Grove and enjoys true crime shows and podcasts, jamming out to his favorite songs, watching romantic comedies, and being surrounded by his family and friends.
